Moving Compositions is an evening of multidisciplinary improvised performance at Cambridge Junction.

Celebrating live visual art and cross-artform collaboration, Moving Compositions brings performers and musicians together for ‘one night only’ to create and compose in front of a live audience.

Expect to witness an eclectic mix of unplanned performances, (including but not limited to dance, theatre, comedy and spoken word) with unique soundscapes, shaped and curated in-the-moment by the artists and audience there on the night.

Moving Compositions is a seasonal event, developed with support from Cambridge Junction’s Troop Artist Membership Scheme, and in response to a need for a space for artists to practise multidisciplinary performance without any preconceived expectations or outcomes. It is also a space for audiences from various walks of life to gather, grab a drink, and enjoy the unfolding of this unique, one-off experience!
